I am Frank Bernardo. I spent 23 years in real estate and ran Keller Williams offices, where I recruited roughly 100 agents a year for a decade. I know what an agent says right before they leave, and I know the stall that means they are never coming.

RecruitingBoss came out of that work. We have served more than 200 brokerages since 2023, mostly through job ads that bring in newer candidates. Brokers kept asking the same thing. Where are the licensed producers, the agents already closing deals.

They are on LinkedIn. Reaching them is not hard. Following up with a few hundred of them, every week, without dropping the ball when your Tuesday fills up, that is the hard part. So we built a system that does it from your own profile, using the scripts and objection handling I used in real appointments.

Generic LinkedIn agencies write software sales copy and wonder why agents ignore it. Our AI knows the difference between an agent stuck at a bad split and an agent who is happy where they are, and it does not pitch either of them the same way.
